JOHN BRYANT

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

John Bryant earned his undergraduate and juris doctor degrees from Southern Methodist University and was licensed to practice law by the Texas Supreme Court. While practicing law he served nine years in the Texas House of Representatives, serving on the Committees on Judicial Affairs, Criminal Justice, and Education. He was twice named one of the “Ten Best Legislators” by Texas Monthly Magazine.

He authored multiple pieces of legislation and was chief prosecutor in the impeachment trial of a federal judge before the U.S. Senate, achieving conviction and removal. He twice led delegations to Cuba, once to achieve the release of political prisoners, and served as a U.S. Helsinki observer of the first post-communist era elections in East Germany.

He was appointed by President Bill Clinton as U.S. Ambassador in charge of U.S. telecommunications treaty negotiations in Geneva. This post took him throughout the world seeking agreements with U.S. allies and adversaries. Mr. Bryant speaks English and Spanish.

After completing public service, he returned to business and law practice in Dallas and Washington, D.C. He is past chairman of the World Affairs Council of Greater Dallas and is CEO of Landing Point Telecom.

RONN WALLER

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Ronn Waller has over forty years of experience in multiple industry sectors, with a major emphasis in telecommunications in Europe, Asia, Africa and The Americas. An executive of in the international division of GTE for seventeen years, he was selected as a member of their international BPO Team that was commissioned to refine and improve the efficiency of business processes through automation and targeted re-engineering, resulting in an annual savings of $1.5 billion. He then served five years as seven years in charge of European operations and as Country Manager for Spain and Portugal for GTE Data Services. During this time, he received the President’s Leadership Award for successfully negotiating major contracts for GTE in Portugal and Venezuela. Following his international assignments, he served as Director of Strategic Accounts for GTE’s CLEC Division in the USA.

Mr. Waller also served as Managing Director – Worldwide for the Telecommunications Division of Compaq. He successfully directed a team of technical specialist assigned to the development labs of major telecommunications companies in Europe and Asia with the responsibility of developing the software application for their mobile telephone divisions. During this time, he received the International Award for Leadership Excellence for leading a team that secured telecommunications contracts in one year valued at more than $4 billion worldwide. As the Chief Operating Officer of Landing Point Telecom, he leads the effort to enter new domestic and international markets and to expand market penetration in existing markets. He has successfully negotiated contracts in The Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe and The Caribbean.

Mr. Waller founded and served on the board of a medical research foundation and has been a guest speaker before The US House of Representatives and The US Senate in Washington D.C. He was also a guest speaker at an international economic forum sponsored by the African Chamber of Commerce, where he gave presentations related to protecting the global environment and renewable energy solutions. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in mathematics and psychology from Texas Wesleyan University and has completed graduate studies in advanced mathematics at Texas Christian University.

ERNEST SANDOVAL

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Ernest Sandoval is a 31-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. He led operations, sales, product management, and channel management across the Americas, Europe, and Asia for Verizon for 28 years, serving both wireless and wired technologies. Reaching the position of AVP, Ernest managed divisions with revenues in excess of $300 million from successful market implementations around the globe, ranging from "first boots in country" new company builds to launching strategic products across multi-country coverage areas. He had responsibility for due diligence and planning of five Verizon acquisition opportunities, the last being the acquisition of Puerto Rico Telecom $1.8 Billion, for which he received the Chairman's Leadership Award.

Mr. Sandoval holds a Master's in Business Administration, with a concentration in International Economics from Texas Tech University, is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Texas A&M University at Kingsville with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, holds a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt and is an honorably discharged United States Marine.

MUSLEUDDIN AHMED

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Musleuddin Ahmed has over thirty years of experience in Telecommunications, Textile and Steel industry. Mr. Ahmed brings with him a unique experience in technical and financial matters. He has successfully setup a Telecom Company which rollout operations for GSM Mobile operators in Bangladesh and a VOIP operation which had connected with various parts of the world. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Landing Point Telecom.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a major in Mechanical and a minor in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
